SMS Opt-In

Heads Up Penny LLC (“Heads Up Penny”) texts only people who ask us to, about their own inquiry and event: availability, quotes, booking details, scheduling, deposit reminders and event-day logistics. We do not send marketing texts.

1. Inquiry form at hupband.com/book

On our inquiry form at https://hupband.com/book, the phone field and optional SMS consent checkbox appear on step 1 of every inquiry, regardless of contact preference. No special choice is needed to see them. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to send an inquiry, including when “Text” is selected as the best way to reach you. The checkbox reads:

2. Texting us first

You may text our business number +1 919-901-1487 first to ask about booking or your event. Call or text: +1 919-901-1487. Texting us first records your opt-in for that conversation. For a new conversation, we send this confirmation once:

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply START to rejoin.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.
• Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
