How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates often book a year or more ahead, especially spring and fall Saturdays. If your date is closer, reach out anyway; we sometimes have openings.
Can you learn our first dance song?
Yes. We can learn one special song for your celebration. Tell us your choice and we’ll confirm the arrangement during planning. If you have additional requests, discuss them with us before booking.
Can you cover the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Yes, these can be added to your booking. Options include recorded music and sound coverage or live acoustic musicians. We’ll confirm the locations, timing and setup with you.
Do you bring sound and lighting?
We bring sound equipment and stage lighting for the band. We’ll review your venue, guest count and any separate coverage areas so the setup matches the agreed plan.
Do you play outdoor weddings?
Yes. Tell us about your venue when you inquire so we can work through stage cover, power and a weather plan with you and your venue.
What happens after we inquire?
We confirm availability, talk through your celebration and provide the booking details. Once your date is secured, we plan your timeline, song preferences and special moments together.
